Our dream is that families and individuals in Washington DC can experience the tools that yoga has brought to our own lives, intertwined with holistic health modalities and services to enhance our experience. A place to learn, grow, ask questions and evolve. This is how we shed light on the moment-to-moment awareness — of this life, of this gift of breath, of our own personal journey — and begin to clarify our own dharma.
