Because you CAN live calm, Mom!
This small coaching circle gathers weekly over 5 weeks to learn how to manage and reduce stress and overwhelm. Supported by your coach and alongside a group of like-minded Moms, you will experience proven coaching tools and techniques to help you:
identify what fuels and triggers stress in your everyday life
mindfully manage internal responses to stress in a way that will help you...
develop calmer (less-stress) living habits
Gatherings will be 90 minutes long, include coaching (including practical exercises), open and honest discussion, and community building. An individual coaching session is also included as part of this coaching circle.
You will commit to simple home-based assignments each week (that can easily be integrated into your daily life) to support your personal transformations towards calm living. The one-to-one coaching session will be scheduled after week 3.
Gatherings meet Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9pm on March 25th, April 1st, 8th, and 22nd. There is no gathering on April 15th. There are no drop-ins. There are no refunds or pro-rating.
Each coaching circle will be made up of a maximum of 10 mothers.
